Sin embargo, el puesto que deb\u00eda liderar esta tarea a\u00fan no estaba aprobado por la casa matriz y <strong>no hab\u00eda tiempo que perder<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El reto era ambicioso: desarrollar un an\u00e1lisis estrat\u00e9gico en campo para comprender en profundidad clientes, competidores y canales de distribuci\u00f3n, con el fin de <strong>definir una estrategia de largo plazo que contemplara la expansi\u00f3n y optimizaci\u00f3n del canal de ventas<\/strong>, incluyendo iniciativas digitales y e-commerce.<\/p>\n<p>El objetivo final: <strong>convertir el Modelo de Route to Market (RTM) en una ventaja competitiva sostenible<\/strong>, capaz de maximizar cobertura, eficiencia operativa, rentabilidad y experiencia del cliente.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section][et_pb_section fb_built=&#8221;1&#8243;
