Nuestro cliente, <strong>un laboratorio farmac\u00e9utico multinacional americano<\/strong>, enfrentaba el reto de transformar y adecuar su modelo operativo y comercial regional para alinearse con el negocio global. Este proyecto presentaba un gran desaf\u00edo, ya que se deb\u00eda estandarizar el proceso considerando regulaciones nacionales e internacionales, definiciones y alcance de los puestos, la interacci\u00f3n de los equipos, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n los niveles de alfabetizaci\u00f3n digital, idiosincrasia y cultura de cada mercado.<\/p>\n<p>Analizando la situaci\u00f3n con el cliente, se acord\u00f3 que la mejor soluci\u00f3n era la creaci\u00f3n de un modelo de capacitaci\u00f3n digital orientado a las \u00e1reas comerciales, aplicable a todos los pa\u00edses de Latinoam\u00e9rica. Su fortaleza radicaba en la capacidad de escucha activa y un fuerte enfoque en el cliente.<\/p>\n<p>Comenz\u00f3 por un relevamiento de necesidades por mercado, consolidando las mejores pr\u00e1cticas existentes para construir un nuevo plan enfocado en el contenido empresarial y la capacitaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica de \u00e1reas terap\u00e9uticas. Interactu\u00f3 con diferentes niveles de la organizaci\u00f3n en varios pa\u00edses, conectando demandas, prioridades, preocupaciones y \u201cpain points\u201d con expectativas y contenidos posteriores. As\u00ed, construy\u00f3 un modelo de capacitaci\u00f3n beneficioso y aplicable tanto para los pa\u00edses como para la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>A lo largo de 6 meses, el Manager Interino trabajo con los equipos de M\u00e9xico, Colombia y USA (Miami).
