La carrera de Fabiana abarca un amplio rango de responsabilidades en la direcci\u00f3n y transformaci\u00f3n de negocios, con m\u00e1s de 30 a\u00f1os de experiencia en Am\u00e9rica Latina y 15 a\u00f1os como Managing Partner en empresas de interim management,<\/p>\n

Inici\u00f3 su trayectoria en la industria financiera, donde desempe\u00f1\u00f3 roles clave en gesti\u00f3n de portafolios de pr\u00e9stamos, reestructuraci\u00f3n de equipos, y fusiones y adquisiciones. Su conocimiento abarca diversas industrias, incluyendo servicios financieros, energ\u00eda, consumo masivo, y tecnolog\u00eda, lo que le ha permitido ofrecer soluciones estrat\u00e9gicas a empresas en momentos cr\u00edticos.<\/p>\n

Desde 2011, Fabiana ha estado al frente de Alium Partners Latin America y EIM Group, donde ha trabajado con CEO’s y directores para identificar y solucionar desaf\u00edos organizacionales, liderando proyectos de cambio y transformaci\u00f3n empresarial. Su enfoque incluye la evaluaci\u00f3n de equipos de alta direcci\u00f3n, la optimizaci\u00f3n de procesos, y la implementaci\u00f3n de sistemas de informaci\u00f3n gerencial.<\/p>\n

Antes de unirse a EIM, fue Managing Partner de Alium Partners y ocup\u00f3 roles como Executive Director en ABN AMRO y Royal Bank of Scotland, donde lider\u00f3 equipos responsables de la gesti\u00f3n de importantes portafolios y la implementaci\u00f3n de estrategias comerciales en el Cono Sur de Am\u00e9rica Latina.<\/p>\n

Fabiana es reconocida por su capacidad para gestionar equipos en situaciones de crisis, reorganizaciones, fusiones, y lanzamientos de nuevas unidades de negocios.<\/p>\n

Con m\u00e1s de 30 a\u00f1os de experiencia en Am\u00e9rica Latina, los \u00faltimos 20 a\u00f1os cubriendo puestos de Senior Management, la experiencia de Lucrecia va desde la creaci\u00f3n de equipos y gesti\u00f3n de negocios, clientes y productos, a gesti\u00f3n de procesos y transici\u00f3n, operando a nivel de directorio y de accionistas.<\/p>\n

Desarroll\u00f3 su carrera en la industria financiera. Como resultado de la naturaleza mayorista (banca corporativa y de inversi\u00f3n) del negocio al que ha estado expuesta, adquiri\u00f3\u00a0 un amplio conocimiento sobre un grupo\u00a0 diversificado de industrias en Am\u00e9rica Latina (instituciones financieras, consumo masivo, industrias automotriz, qu\u00edmica, agroindustria, alimentos y bebidas, farmac\u00e9utica , energ\u00eda, y sector p\u00fablico).<\/p>\n

En 2011 co-fund\u00f3 la primera compa\u00f1\u00eda independiente de \u201cInterim Management\u201c en Argentina, F&W Interim Management.<\/p>\n

Antes de unirse a EIM, Lucrecia fue Managing Partner de Alium Latam (F&W Interim Management). Anteriormente fue CEO y Directora de Banco Surinvest (Montevideo, Uruguay), trabaj\u00f3 para ABN AMRO Bank (Senior Manager and Director, Wholesale and Investment Bank Latam) y para Citibank Argentina.<\/p>\n

Es licenciada en Econom\u00eda de la Universidad de Buenos Aires y ha realizado estudios universitarios en La Sorbonne, en Insead ,y en la American University en los Estados Unidos.<\/strong><\/p>\n
